At the scene of the accident, the police officer found our client at fault and thereby issued them a Uniform Traffic Citation for violating the other driver’s right of way. We filed a Notice of Appearance in Traffic Court and succeeded in having the traffic citation dismissed. We then represented our client in the personal injury case wherein the other driver’s insurance company compensated them for the damages they sustained in the car accident.
